fenix 3

I am new in this Forum.

My V6 exclusive 1997 VF7Y4TR0000TR6939 needs a Fenix 3 where the antitheft code has been deactivated or came without code. S111700212

​Do any member have one or knows whom I should contact?

It starts with a Fenix from a Serie 1 where the code has been deactivated, but not with my unit. the problem started after the unit had been out of the car for a month.
